Upon arrival, I was taken aback to find that the Mini Suites were not located in a traditional hotel setup but across the street in a completely different building. There was also no coffee or tea provided in the room, which I found disappointing and unexpected. To make matters worse, heavy luggage became a real hassle since there was no elevator available to assist with the stairs.
